Vice President of Operations & Concept Development, FoodBrand, LLC

 


One-stop, single source food management for today's food and beverage venues defines FoodBrand, LLC and Paul Damico assisted with spearheading the genesis of this innovative restaurant operating company. Paul embarked on his educational career at Johnson & Wales, supporting his passion for the management aspect of culinary arts and focused on food & beverage operations management.

Upon graduation, Paul utilized the services of Career Development and after weighing all his options, he accepted a position with HMS Host, formerly Host Marriott Services Corporation. His areas of responsibility have included purchasing manager, procurement manager, food and beverage director, operations manager, director of concept development and lastly, vice president of restaurant development, where he was responsible for the company's international portfolio.

In 1999, Paul and another HMS Host executive founded FoodBrand which actively leases, manages, and operates a portfolio of 87 restaurants in seven states, under 28 different brand names. Paul is responsible for the daily management and supervision of all restaurants, portfolio development, company procurement, distribution, and marketing activities.
