In just a few short years since graduating from Johnson & Wales University,
Jesse has rapidly progressed in his career and currently oversees four
companies as the vice president of operations for TomKats Inc.
His journey began with his first job upon graduating, as a traveling
movie chef with TomKats Catering. Jesse spent two years traveling the
country, catering to the stars and movie crews from Los Angeles to New
York. After
two years of the on-the-go lifestyle, Jesse longed
to return to Charleston and take the next step in his career as the
director of operations for an exciting development project, Fountain
Walk at
Aquarium Wharf.
With new experience in tow and much more to learn, Jesse
went back to Nashville and to TomKats where he served as general manager
of SoBro Grill and Catering. After just one year, Jesse was promoted
to vice president of operations for TomKats, expanding his scope from
one company to four. He is currently overseeing the project of expanding
and restoring the Loveless Cafe, a Nashville tradition since 1951.
